If Cakulate finds one hour of decorating you would have given away, on one order, Solo has paid for itself. Wedding cakes are usually where those hours hide.

Billing questions
What counts as an AI quote?
One order the assistant prices for you from a photo or a message, however many times you go back and forth on it. Quotes you build with Quick configure, repeat orders and menu items never count, and neither do orders, customers or invoices.
What if I run out of AI quotes?
Keep quoting with Quick configure, which never runs out, or add a pack of AI quotes any time: 25 for $10, 50 for $15 or 100 for $25.
How does the free trial work?
Pick any plan and you get 7 days of it with 3 AI photo quotes. Add a card to start: nothing is charged during the trial, and it becomes that plan when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. You can switch plans during the trial, for example to try Business with your team. Answer a 2 minute survey during your trial and we add another week and 5 more AI quotes. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing; everything you made stays saved.
What is the Founding Member plan?
Our first 100 shops get every Solo tool and 50 AI photo quotes a month for $15, and that price stays locked as long as you stay subscribed. It is billed monthly. Once the spots are taken, the plan closes to new shops.
What is the difference between Solo and Business?
Solo has everything one cake artist needs: quotes, approvals, deposits, invoices, your order form and pickup menu, calendar sync, and the bake and punch lists. Business adds what a team needs: the production schedule with capacity planning, team pricing by each person’s wage and skill level, 5 users and 500 AI quotes.
How many people can use it?
Founding Member, Starter and Solo are for one person. Business includes 5. Add more people to any paid plan for $10 a month each.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Upgrades start right away. Downgrades take effect at the end of the month you have paid for.
How do I cancel?
From Billing in your workspace. Your plan stops at the end of the month you are in. You can download all your data any time.
Does Cakulate take a cut of my sales or deposits?
No. Customers pay you through your own payment link. Cakulate charges only the subscription.
